Scotiabank Global Senior Leadership Meeting

Hosted at the Ritz Hotel in Toronto, this Scotiabank meeting is critical in framing the strategy and direction of the bank to its Senior Leaders. Bespoke was engaged to help create a compelling meeting that stood apart from a traditional bank meeting. The design was compelling with a three-tier stage that allowed presenters to move from one stage to the next and when they did we actively tracked their screen content from one screen to the next.

The video system consisted of three large screens, five projectors and a full blended and mapped layout allowing content to flow easily from one screen to the other.
